Most recently, Paul was President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director of CanEra Inc, (2014-2017), CanEra Energy Corp., (2010-2014) and CanEra Resources Inc. (2008-2010).
Prior thereto he held the same positions at Canetic Resources Trust and its predecessor Acclaim Energy Trust. He also served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ketch Energy Ltd. from April 2000 to October 2002.
Prior to joining Ketch, Paul held the positions of Managing Director and Vice President and Director with the Capital Markets Group of BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., Vice President of Finance with Morrison Petroleums Ltd. and has served as Corporate Director of Legacy Oil and Gas, Canetic Resources Trust, Acclaim Energy Trust, Creststreet Asset Management, Kereco Energy Ltd., Ketch Energy Ltd. and TriStar Oil and Gas Ltd. Currently Paul serves on the board of Veresen Inc. and Edge School of Athletes.
David most recently was President and a Director at CanEra Inc (2014-2017) and previously was Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of CanEra Energy Corp. (2010-2014) and CanEra Resources Inc. (2008-2010).
Prior thereto, he held the position of Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer with Canetic Resources Trust and its predecessor Acclaim Energy Trust from May 2003 to 2008. Prior to joining Acclaim, David served as Chief Financial Officer of Paramount Resources Ltd. (1998-2003). He received his Chartered Accountant designation in 1986, is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds his Chartered Directors designation.
Most recently, Paul served as Chief Operating Officer at CanEra Inc (2014-2017) and Vice President, Engineering at CanEra Energy Corp. (2010-2014). Previously he was Manager, Acquisitions and Reserves at CanEra Resources Inc. (2008-2010) and held the same position with Canetic Resources Trust and its predecessor, Acclaim Energy Trust (2002-2008).
Prior to joining Acclaim in 2002, Paul served as Manager, Evaluations and Reserves for Leland Energy Canada Ltd., Watford Energy Ltd., and MarkWest Resources Canada Corp. Paul is a Professional Technologist (Engineering) with over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, and has worked with companies ranging from growth-oriented juniors to major producers including Northrock Resources Ltd., UMC Resources Canada Ltd., Inverness Petroleum Ltd., Anadarko Petroleum of Canada Ltd., and Chevron Canada Resources.
Cory most recently was Vice President, Business Development at CanEra Inc (2014-2017) and CanEra Energy Corp. (2010-2014). Previously he was Manager of Acquisitions at CanEra Resources Inc., (2008-2010) and Canetic Resources Trust (2002-2008).
From January 2006 through July 2010, Cory served as an integral team member in the evaluation and successful completion of over $2 billion in acquisitions. Prior to Canetic, Cory held various positions with Acclaim Energy Trust, Landover Energy Inc., Northrock Resources Ltd., North Canadian Oils and Sceptre Resources Ltd.
Most recently, Tom held the position of Vice President, Land at CanEra Inc. (2014-2017), CanEra Energy Corp. (2010-2014), and CanEra Resources Inc. (2008-2010).
Prior thereto, he held the position of Vice President, Land at Cyries Energy Inc. and previously was Land Manager at Burlington Resources Ltd., Canadian Hunter Exploration Ltd., and Ulster Petroleum. Tom is a member of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen and has over 25 years of experience in the industry.
Most recently, Sean was Vice President, Production at CanEra Inc. (2014-2017), CanEra Energy Corp. (2010-2014) and prior thereto was Manager of Production/Operations at CanEra Resources Inc. (2009-2010).
Sean held the same position with Peyto Energy Trust (2003-2009) and prior to joining Peyto in 2003, he held various Production/Operation and Facility/Process Engineering roles with Husky Energy and Renaissance Energy. Previously Sean was a process/project engineer with BDR Engineering. Sean is a Professional Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
David most recently served as Vice President Operations at CanEra Inc. (2014-2017), CanEra Energy Corp. (2010-2014) and CanEra Resources Inc. (2008-2010).
Previously, he held the same position with Focus Energy Trust from its inception in 2002 through to its acquisition by Enerplus Resources Fund in February 2008. Prior to Focus, David spent the majority of his career (1985-2000) with Renaissance Energy Ltd. in a variety of operational management positions, the last being Operating District Manager. He also served as District Manager with Husky Energy from 2000-2001. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary and is a registered Professional Engineer in the province of Alberta.
Most recently, Jeff held the position of Vice President Exploration at CanEra Inc (2015-2017), Manager Exploration West at Legacy Oil and Gas Inc. (2010-2015), and Chief Geologist at CanEra Resources Inc. (2008-2010).
Prior thereto, Jeff held senior positions with Canetic Resources Trust and PennWest Petroleum. He served as Vice President, Exploration and Manager of Geology at Trioil Ltd. and Yangarra Resources Ltd. from 2004 to 2007. Previously, Jeff was Geologist at Rider Resources Inc., Husky Energy Inc. and Renaissance Energy Ltd. He has over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and is a Professional Geologist registered in Alberta.
Annie Belecki has over 15 years of legal experience and serves as General Counsel of Ridgeback Resources Inc., having served in the same capacity with Lightstream Resources Ltd. since 2014. Prior thereto, Ms. Belecki was Associate General Counsel at TransCanada Corporation and also served as Corporate Secretary to its U.S. Master Limited Partnership, TC PipeLines, LP. Prior thereto, Ms. Belecki was a partner at a large national law firm practicing in the business law group with a focus on corporate finance, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and securities. Ms. Belecki is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and Canadian Bar Association. She received her LLB from University of British Columbia and her Bachelor of Arts from McGill University and was called to the Alberta Bar in 1999.
